Whisper mode on SalesIQ allows you to observe ongoing conversations in stealth mode and, if necessary, send private messages to operators without the visitors' knowledge. These messages or whispers provide instructions or guidance to operators to help them assist visitors more effectively. With this functionality operators can get the support they need in real-time while maintaining a smooth, uninterrupted experience for visitors.
Permissions required: Admins and supervisors will be able to utilize whisper mode to guide other operators.
