Grow B2B relationships with Company section

The Companies under Visitors helps businesses identify and manage organisations visiting their website. Instead of tracking only individual visitors, this section groups visitors based on their associated company information, making it easier for sales and support teams to understand business-level engagement.

The Company List provides a consolidated view of organisations that have interacted with your website through chats, visits, forms, or other engagement activities. The company list helps you to:

  • Identify organisations visiting the website
  • Understand company-level engagement
  • Track potential B2B opportunities
  • View associated contact details
  • Organise and manage company records efficiently
  • Perform targeted follow-ups with businesses

Info in the Company list page

  1. Company Name: Displays the name of the identified company associated with the visitor activity.
  2. Email: Lists the company’s available email address for communication and follow-up.
  3. Phone: Displays the company's contact number, if available.
  4. Industry Type: Indicates the business category or industry the company belongs to, such as Software, Automobile Dealers, Manufacturing, Retail, and more.
  5. First Visit Source: Shows how the company first arrived at your website. This helps businesses understand which channels drive company engagement:
    • Direct
    • Referral
    • WhatsApp Chat
    • Campaigns
    • Other traffic sources
  1. Domain: Displays the company’s website or domain information.
  2. City: Shows the company’s associated city or location when available. 


Bulk Actions in the Company List

Operators can select multiple companies and perform bulk actions such as:

Delete companies from the list

You can select one or many companies from the list and remove their records.

Add Tag

Organise companies by assigning tags for easier filtering, segmentation, and follow-up management.

Tags help categorise companies based on:

  • Priority
  • Industry
  • Campaign source


Filter Companies

The Filter option in the Companies module helps you narrow down and organise company records based on specific criteria. Using filters, operators can quickly identify companies that match particular business attributes, engagement sources, locations, or visit timelines.

This helps teams focus on high-value organisations, analyse visitor patterns, and perform targeted follow-ups more efficiently.

The available filters include:

  • Industry
  • First visit source
  • Last visit source
  • First visit date
  • Last visit date
  • Company score
  • Country
  • State

You can also use the search bar within the filter panel to quickly find and apply the required filter options.

Company Filter Options

The Companies module in Zoho SalesIQ provides multiple filter options to help operators quickly find and organise company records based on engagement details, company information, and visit activity.

Below are the available filter options and their purpose.

Industry

The Industry filter helps you categorise and view companies by business sector.

Examples include:

  • Software
  • Manufacturing
  • Retail
  • Automobile Dealers
  • Healthcare
  • Education

First Visit Source

The First Visit Source filter shows how a company initially discovered or entered your website.

Common sources include:

  • Direct
  • Referral
  • WhatsApp Chat
  • Campaigns
  • Social media
  • Search engines

Last Visit Source

The Last Visit Source filter displays the most recent source through which the company visited your website.

First Visit Date

The First Visit Date filter helps you identify companies based on when they first visited your website.


Last Visit Date

The Last Visit Date filter shows companies based on their most recent website visit.

Company Score

The Company Score filter helps prioritise companies based on their engagement level and activity score.

Country

The Country filter lets you view companies by geographic location.

State

The State filter further narrows company records by state or region within a country.

Company Details View

The Company Details view provides a complete overview of a company’s information, engagement activity, and associated interactions. This section helps operators understand company-level behaviour and manage business relationships more effectively.

The details page is divided into different sections to provide quick access to company information and engagement insights.

Company Information Panel

The left-side panel displays the company’s primary details.

  1. Company Name: Displays the name of the company associated with the visitor activity.
  2. Company Status: Shows the engagement status of the company, such as Returning or New, based on their visit activity.
  3. Phone: Displays the company’s contact number if available.
  4. Tags: Tags help categorise and organise companies for easier management and filtering.
  1. Company Score: The Company Score represents the company's engagement level based on visitor activity and interactions.

Company Profile Details

The profile section contains detailed company information.
  1. Name: Displays the registered company name.
  2. Primary Email: Shows the main email address associated with the company.
  3. Secondary Email: Displays additional email addresses if available.
  4. Phone: Displays the company’s contact number.
  5. Unique ID: Represents the unique identifier associated with the company record.
  6. Website URL: Displays the company’s website or domain information.
  1. ARR: Displays the Annual Recurring Revenue value for the company, if configured.
  2. Industry Type: Indicates the industry or business category the company belongs to.
  3. Address: Displays the company’s address information.
  1. City: Shows the company’s city location.
  2. State: Displays the state or regional location.
  3. Country: Shows the country associated with the company.
  4. Zip Code: Displays the postal or ZIP code information.


Company Info Section

The Company Info section on the right side displays visitor engagement and website activity details.
  1. First Visit: Shows the date and time when the company first visited the website.
  2. Last Visit: Displays the company’s most recent website visit.
  3. Last Modified: Indicates when the company record was last updated.
  4. Number of Visits: Shows the total number of visits made by the company.
  5. Last Modified By: Displays the operator who last updated the company record.
  1. First Visit Source: Shows the source through which the company first arrived at the website.
  2. Last Visit Source: Displays the source through which the company most recently visited the website.
  3. Referral Link: Shows the referral website or link that directed the company to the website.
  4. Average Time Spent: Displays the average duration the company spent on the website across visits.

Notes Section

The notes section lets you view all the notes for the operators associated with the company. 



Associated People
The Associated People tab displays contacts or users linked to the company.
