The Audit Log in Zoho SalesIQ provides a detailed record of important actions and changes performed within your SalesIQ portal. It helps administrators track system activities, monitor configuration changes, and maintain accountability across teams.
Audit logs serve as a centralised record of activity, allowing administrators to review who performed a specific action, when it occurred, and what changes were made. This helps improve operational transparency, security, and compliance.

1. Date and Time
Displays the exact date and time when the action was performed. This helps administrators track when a record was created, modified, or deleted and provides a chronological history of changes within the portal.
2. Updated by
Shows the name of the operator or administrator who performed the action. This helps identify the individual responsible for a particular change and improves accountability across teams.
3. Updated Record
Displays the name or identifier of the record that was affected by the action. Depending on the activity, this could be an operator, department, brand, setting, or any other entity within the SalesIQ portal.
4. Action
Indicates the type of operation performed on the record.
- Create – A new record was created.
- Update – An existing record was modified.
- Delete – A record was removed.
5. Changed From
Displays the previous value or state of the record before the change was made. This information is available for update and delete actions, allowing administrators to review historical values.
6. Changed To
Displays the new value or state of the record after the change was applied. This helps administrators understand exactly what modifications were made.
7. Additional Info
Provides other information related to the action, such as associated attributes, configuration details, or other contextual information that may not be included in the main change fields. This helps provide a more complete audit trail for administrative review.
