How do I add Zoho SalesIQ to my Wix account?

  1. Log in to your Wix admin account, and click on Edit Site.
  2. Click on Add Elements icon from editor section.

  1. Under Embed Code, select Embed HTML.

  1. Paste the SalesIQ widget code in the 'Add your code here' section and then click on Apply.

  1. The SalesIQ widget element will be visible on the screen. Drag the element to your preferred location and resize the element as required.

  1. Right click over the SalesIQ widget element and click on Pin to Screen.

  1. Choose the preferred location from the box.

  1. Then, click on Save at the top right to save the changes made and then hit Publish. 
  2. Now, your Wix site will feature the SalesIQ widget.


Getting your Zoho SalesIQ Code Snippet

  1. Login to your Zoho SalesIQ Operator console.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Brands. Click on the name of the brand that you are attempting to include the chat widget in.
  3. Select Installation > Website, click on the code to copy it.
