It would be great if there is an option for hiding the icon for admin user.

I´ve done that all. But where and how can I see, if it´s all working now?

I followed all the instructions, still I dont see the Sales IQ chat on my website (I use the Wordpress plugin), not sure if I also have to add the body fragment

Same here. I installed the plugin and added the code—nothing on the website. I definitely need more information to complete this installtion.

Ditto to the above contents.  I see the java snippet so I know it was installed successfully, but there is nothing visible on the website.

Those having issues, I had the same thing - seems the plugins validation doesnt strip the spaces at the beginning and end of the code that are present from copying it from SalesIQ.

It appears you've already undertaken essential troubleshooting measures, such as assessing plugin compatibility, examining code integration, and confirming plugin settings. However, since you haven't tested with a default theme, there remains a chance that the problem might be associated with your current theme.

What does JS APIs are not supported mean? Wordpress powers something like 70% of websites. We can't use the JS API?
