Adding Zoho SalesIQ to Virb

  1. Log in to your Virb account.
  2. Go to the “Pages” tab over the top
  3. Click on the page which you like to add the chat widget.

  1. Click “Source code”

  1. Paste the Zoho SalesIQ code snippet in the source code and "Save".


Getting your Zoho SalesIQ Code Snippet

  1. Login to your Zoho SalesIQ Operator console.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Brands. Click on the name of the brand that you are attempting to include the chat widget in.
  3. Select Installation > Website, click on the code to copy it.
