Zoho SalesIQ add-on for Gmail
Zoho SalesIQ Gmail add-on allows you to get the sender's lead/contact details in Gmail. This enables you to identify the sender and respond accordingly without having to leave your Gmail window.
Installing SalesIQ Gmail add-on
- In Google workspace marketplace, type SalesIQ in the search bar or open this link to go to the installation page.
- Click on the Install button and click Continue.
- Now, you have to select the account in which you would like to install the add-on.
- Go through the permissions and click allow.
- Gmail add-on is now available to use.
How to set up Zoho SalesIQ add-on to your Gmail?
- On your Gmail window, open an email and click on the SalesIQ icon on the right-hand side tab.
- Click on the login button at the bottom of the add-on. You will be redirected to the Zoho login page. If you have already logged into your Zoho account on the same browser, the add-on will automatically sign in.
- Now click on allow to enable the add-on.
- You have successfully set up a SalesIQ Gmail add-on.
After opening an email, click on the SalesIQ add-on to view the visitor's details. In the Gmail add-on dashboard, you can view various information of the visitors.
Info displayed in the dashboard:
Visitor Info
- Name: The name of the lead/contact.
- Email Address: Email of the lead/contact
- Opportunity: The opportunity rating of the visitor.
- Lead score: The lead score of the visitor.
Visitor Activity
- Number of visits made by the visitor
- Number of chats initiated by the visitor
- Last visited day
- Last contacted source

How to switch portals in the SalesIQ add-on?
If you have multiple portals for your SalesIQ account, you can switch between them to view the sender's details if available in a different portal.
- To switch between portals, click on the three dots on the top of the dashboard.
- Click Settings, under My portals, click on the portal name to view all the available portals.
- Select the desired portal and refresh your tab to make the changes.
Specifying Datacenters:
If you have specific data centers for your SalesIQ, you must specify them in the add-on.
- To specify a data center, click on the three dots on the top of the dashboard.
- Click Settings, under Data Centers, select the data center of your portal.
- How to find the data center of your portal?
- Now, select the respective data center on the add-on.
