Payment Gateway Configurations on SalesIQ

Payment gateways for SalesIQ-Checkout Integration

The following are the list of payment gateways supported on SalesIQ. Each payment gateway has its own flow for configurations.
  1. Stripe
  2. Authorize.Net
  3. 2Checkout
  4. PayPal
  5. Forte
  6. Razorpay
  7. Paytm
  8. PayTabs
Note
  1. The payment gateway list provided in the Add Payment Gateway section will be based on the Checkout edition chosen for integration. Only the supported gateways for the particular edition will be displayed.
  2. Certain payment gateways available on Zoho Checkout are not on SalesIQ.

Stripe

To add Stripe as a gateway, follow these steps:
  1. In the Add Payment Gateway section, choose Stripe from the list displayed.

  1. This will redirect you to the Stripe website where you can sign in.

  1. Once signed in, the gateway would be configured to your SalesIQ payment gateway list. Clicking on Go to Stripe will take you to the Stripe website.

Authorize.Net

To add Authorize.Net as a gateway, follow these steps:
  1. In the Add Payment Gateway section, click on Authorize.Net from the list displayed.

  1. Next, fill in your credentials in the API Login ID and Transaction Key fields.

  1. Choose the required currency from the list.

  1. Finally, click Save.

  • Authorize.Net would now be configured to your list of payment gateways on SalesIQ. You can click Edit to the right, to make modifications to the payment gateway settings.


2Checkout

To add 2Checkout as a gateway, follow these steps:
  1. In the Add Payment Gateway section, choose 2Checkout from the list displayed.

  1. Fill in all the credentials (2Checkout account ID, Secret word, Publishable Key, Private key, API Username, and API Password).

  1. Finally, click Save.

  1. 2Checkout would now be added to your list of payment gateways on SalesIQ. You can click Edit to the right, to make modifications to the payment gateway settings.


PayPal

To add PayPal as a gateway, follow these steps:
  1. In the Add Payment Gateway section, click on PayPal from the list displayed.

  1. Add in your credentials and confirm the email address.

  1. Choose the Payment type, whether Standard or Business.

  1. Click Save.

  1. PayPal would now be added to your list of payment gateways on SalesIQ. You can click Edit to the right, to make modifications to the payment gateway settings.


Forte

To add Forte as a gateway, follow these steps:
  1. In the Add Payment Gateway section, click on Forte from the list displayed.

  1. First, choose the appropriate currency from the list.

  1. Next, fill in all the credentials in the form (Merchant ID, API Login ID, Secure transaction key, and Transaction password).

  1. Click Save.

  1. Forte would now be added to your list of payment gateways on SalesIQ. You can click Edit to the right, to make modifications to the payment gateway settings.

Razorpay

To add Razorpay as a gateway, follow these steps:
  1. In the Add Payment Gateway section, click on Razorpay from the list displayed.

  1. You will be redirected to the Razorpay login screen. Add in your credentials and then click Login.

  1. You will be redirected to SalesIQ where the Razorpay gateway would have been added to your SalesIQ payment gateway list. Clicking Go to Razorpay will take you to the Razorpay website.

PayTM

To add PayTM as a gateway, follow these steps:
  1. In the Add Payment Gateway section, click on PayTM from the list displayed.

  1. Fill in your credentials in the form as required.

  1. Click Save.

  1. PayTM would now be added to your list of payment gateways on SalesIQ. Clicking Go to Paytm will take you to the Paytm website.

PayTabs

To add PayTabs as a gateway, follow these steps:
  1. In the Add Payment Gateway section, click on PayTabs from the list displayed.

  1. Fill in your credentials (Profile Id and Server Key).

  1. Next, choose the Country.

  1. Click Save.

  1. PayTabs would now be added to your list of payment gateways on SalesIQ. You can click Edit to the right, to make modifications to the payment gateway settings.
