How to install the Zoho SalesIQ extension in OpenCart Version 4.0.x?
To install and add the Zoho SalesIQ Chat Widget to your OpenCart, do the following.
- You can download the Zoho SalesIQ OCMOD version 4.0.0 Zip file from here.
- Next, on your OpenCart dashboard, navigate to Extensions > Installer and then upload the extension zip file by clicking on Upload.
- After uploading, under the Installed Extensions list, click on the Install button that is adjacent to the Zoho SalesIQ extension.
- After the installation, click on the Extensions on the left menu and again choose Extensions from the dropdown. Then, from the "Choose the Extension type" dropdown on the right, select Modules.
- Next, in the Modules section below, scroll down to Zoho SalesIQ and click on the Install button adjacent to it.
- After installation, click on the Edit button which is right next to the Install button.
- In the next window, change the Status to Enabled for displaying the chat widget on your OpenCart site, and then paste the SalesIQ widget code in the text area below. Then, click on Save at the top right.
- Zoho SalesIQ is now installed in your OpenCart site.
To add your installed Zoho SalesIQ Chat Widget to the layout, do the following:
- After saving the code, you will be redirected to the Extensions page. From the left menu, navigate to Design > Layouts.
- In the Layout List, scroll down to Home and click on the Edit button adjacent to it.
- In the bottom right, in the Column Right section, click on Add Module.
- Then select Zoho SalesIQ from the drop down.
- Click the Save button at the top right to save the changes made.
- Now, the SalesIQ chat widget will be available in your OpenCart store.
