Integrating Prestashop with SalesIQ
Adding SalesIQ to Prestashop
Log into your Prestashop admin account.
In the Prestashop dashboard, click on the Modules tab then select Module Manager.
In the Module manage screen, click on the Upload a module.
Now drag and drop the SalesIQ plugin or click Select file to choose the SalesIQ plugin from your computer.
After uploading the SalesIQ plugin, the module will start to install. Once, installed, click Configure.
Now, Paste your SalesIQ widget code snippet in the input field.
You can now choose the pages on which the SalesIQ widget to be shown using the Include in option
Getting your Zoho SalesIQ Code Snippet
Login to your Zoho SalesIQ Operator console.
Navigate to Settings > Brands > Your brand name > Installation > Website.
Click on Copy this code to copy the code snippet.
