Returns the rank of a number, as a percentage (0..1 exclusive), in a given list of numbers.
Syntax
PERCENTRANK.EXC(number_list; number; [significance])
number_list: The array or range containing the list of numbers to evaluate. Eg., A2:A6
number: The number that you want to calculate the rank of. Eg., 19
significance: The number of digits to be shown in the result. By default the function returns three digits (0.xxx). Eg., 3
