1. Click on the Data menu.

2. From the Data Cleaning option, select Fix Data Inconsistencies from the drop down.

3. In the data cleaning panel, choose a column from which you want the tool to pick the inconsistencies from.

4. The tool will list down capitalization errors, typos and inconsistent spellings in the column. Eg: Laptop, laptop, Lap top

5. You can choose to replace two or more iterations of the same word or entry into one, by keying in one single format to be applied across the word cluster.
