Get AI recommended charts and pivots for your data

What is Zia?

Zia, Zoho Sheet's Artificial Intelligence recommends personalized charts and pivots for your data. You can even ask queries in natural language about the data to Zia.

Look for Zia's suggestions

  1. Click on  in the side pane. By default, the insights tab will open.
  2. Edit the range to get contextually suggested charts and tables.
  3. Alternatively, after selecting the range, you can click on the Tools > Zia.
  1. Open Zia.
  2. Hover over the chart or table you want to add to your spreadsheet.
  3. Click on the "+" symbol that appears near the chart or table.
  4. Alternatively, you can simply click, drag and drop the charts from the side panel to your spreadsheet.


You can click on the "Zoom" symbol just beneath the "+" symbol to have a closer look at the chart or pivot table that you'd like to add before you do so.

Ask questions to Zia about your data

  1. Open Zia. 
  2. Enter your queries on the space labelled "Ask Zia".
  3. In the answer, you will find the result, along with a chart or a pivot table to represent it, or the  formula Zia used to get to the result.
  4. You can click and drag these formulas to drop them in the cell you choose.


Insights by Zia

In addition to charts and pivot table suggestions, Zia provides deeper insights to understand your data better.
  1. In the Zia side pane, by default, you can find the top 2 insights.
  2. To get a detailed analysis of your data, click Insights.
