To change text to columns:
Select the required cell or column which consists of the text you want to move to separate columns.
Click Data > Text to Columns. The Text to Columns dialog box appears.
3. Choose the delimiters such as comma, space, tab, etc. that you want to set to split the text into columns.
4. Set the destination columns for moving the text.
5. Click OK.
