Separate text to different columns
To change text to columns:
Select the required cell or column which consists of the text you want to move to separate columns.
Click Data > Text to Columns. The Text to Columns dialog box appears.
3. Choose the delimiters such as comma, space, tab, etc. that you want to set to split the text into columns.
4. Set the destination columns for moving the text.
5. Click OK.

COLUMNS

The Wrap Text option allows you to select the way your data/values need to be wrapped around. By default, the text you enter, if exceeds the cell's limit, will overflow to the adjacent cell. The 3 types of text wraps include: Wrap- The text will be ...Wrap text
Select the cells in which you want the content to be wrapped. Click on the Wrap Text icon on the quick access tool-bar. Alternatively, click on the Format menu and select Wrap Text.
