Use the solver tool

To use the solver tool,

1. Click on the Tools menu.
2. Select the Solver option.
3. In the dialogue box that opens, choose the Target cell and the Variant cell.
4. Choose to fit what condition should the answer be optimised for– To maximise or to minimise the value.
5. Add constraints in the space given below.
6. Click on Solve.
