1. Who would need the merge template credit points add-on?

Business users that exceed the free credit limit included in their plan and need additional credit points to perform merge actions can choose this credit points add-on.

2. What are the types of plans available?

  • Default free plan: If you are a free WorkDrive user, by default, you will receive 200 credits per month.
  • Exclusive free plan: If you are a paid WorkDrive user, by default, you will receive 1,000 credits per month.
  • Paid plan: When your free credit points for the month get exhausted, you can purchase our monthly or yearly subscriptions for additional credits.

4. How to increase the credit points to more than 200?

To increase the daily free credit points to more than 200, upgrade to Zoho WorkDrive's paid version, which is the Exclusive Free plan.

To increase the daily credit points to more than 1,000, purchase our monthly or yearly subscription

7. How do I purchase a monthly or yearly subscription for additional credits?

  1. Click User profile > Admin dashboard > Select your organization.
  2. In the Credit points tab under Billing details, click Buy more credits. You'll be redirected to the store page from where you can select the preferred subscription.


8. What will happen to the unused credits?

The free credits will not be carried forward to the next month. However, the monthly paid credits will be carried forward to the next month alone, while the yearly paid credits will not be carried forward.

9. How many users in my organization can use these credits?

The credit consumption will be calculated based on the number of merge actions performed. Any number of users in your organization can use the credits.

10. How can I view the credits usage report?

  1. Click the User Profile > Admin dashboard > Select your organization.
  2. Under the Credit points tab, you can view the credit usage report, credit summary, and other merge activities.

11. What if I exhaust my daily merge limit?

When the daily merge limit gets exhausted, the credit limit will automatically be renewed every day at 12 AM based on the corresponding data center. Say, if you are from the US data center, your credits will be renewed by 12 AM EST.


12. Is the purchase of the credit points add-on a one-time transaction? 

No. Businesses have to renew their paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly) if they need additional credit points.
