To add important spreadsheets to your Favorites list:

1. Click the Star  icon near the spreadsheet name in the editor. 

2. The star icon will turn yellow , indicating that your spreadsheet has been added to your favorites list.

You'll find these starred spreadsheets in a separate view, named the Favorites in the Zoho Sheet Listing Page.
