Zapier integration | Zoho Sheet Help Guide

Connect Zoho Sheet to hundreds of other apps with Zapier.

Zapier lets you connect Zoho Sheet to 1,000+ other web services. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.

Each Zap has one app as the Trigger, where your information comes from and which causes one or more Actions in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.

For instance, you can have the details of a sale recorded as a row in your workbook as soon as you generate an invoice from Zoho Invoice or QuickBooks. Here, an invoice being generated is the trigger, and the Zap performs an action of updating the details as a new row to your workbook. This update will happen automatically, every time there is an invoice generation.

On the other hand, you can trigger a Zap based on an action performed in Zoho Sheet. Consider how helpful it would be, when you add a lead's email address as a new row in Zoho Sheet, and have that lead added to your Mailchimp contact list, followed by a welcome mail via Mailchimp, automatically! All this, with no coding at all!

These are a few examples of how effective these workflows can be. You can select one of the many pre-built Zaps with Zoho Sheet as a part of these flows, or create a Zap on your own, to suit your requirements.
