Make a copy of the spreadsheet

To copy/duplicate your spreadsheet under a separate name, then use the following steps:

  1. Click File and then choose Save As from the drop-down menu or use the keyboard shortcut i.e. Cmd+Shift+S. 

  2. Enter the new name under which you wish to save the spreadsheet in the pop-up menu that appears. The default name would appear to be "Copy of $File_name$".
