To print your spreadsheet or just a selected area,
- Click on the File menu, and click on the Print option. (or)
- Click on the printer icon on the tool bar. (or)
- Use the Cmd/Ctrl+P shortcut.
Once on the print preview window, here are all the options you can explore.
1. Print Area
Do you want to print just the current sheet, the whole spreadsheet or just the selected area.
2. Paper size
Zoho Sheet allows you to print in 9 default paper sizes. You can also define a custom paper size to print your data out.
3. Paper orientation
You can either print in portrait, the vertical orientation or in landscape, the horizontal orientation.
4. Scaling
You can scale content to fit the page, fit to the height, fit to the width, or choose to scale the contents manually.
5. Set margins
You can adjust the top, bottom, left and right margins.
6. Alignment
You can choose to align the print area to the vertical or horizontal center.
You can choose to add elements to your print file as headers or footers that'll repeat themselves on every page.
The different elements you can make part of your header or footer are,
- Workbook name,
- Sheet name,
- Date,
- Time,
- Current page number,
- the total number of pages.
Besides, you can also have custom elements by typing into the text boxes.
8. Change page order
If your spreadsheet content is spilling over to more than a page, you can choose to print across first and then down, or down first and then across.
9. Some other print options
- Repeat frozen rows
- Repeat frozen columns
- Include gridlines on print
- Include charts, images or buttons on print.
