Publish a spreadsheet
How to publish a spreadsheet?
1. Click on the Share button on the right top corner.
Alternatively, you can also click on the file menu and select the Publish option to open up the dialog box.
2. From the drop down, click on the Publish button.
3. Choose whether to publish the spreadsheet within your organization or to the external world.
How to publish a range or sheet?
1. Click on the Share button on the right top corner.
2. From the dropdown menu, click on the Publish button.
3. Select if you want to publish sheet or range. Alternatively, you can right click on a selected range or the sheet name and choose the Publish option.
4. Once you choose the source, you can decide whether to publish it within your organization or to the external world.
Manage published spreadsheets
Here are a few things you can do with your published spreadsheet dialogue box.

Allow interactions.

Allow download.
-
Hide formulas/row or column headers/gridlines/formula bar.

Copy the published URL of the sheet/embed code/downloadable link.

Share the link in your social media accounts directly from Zoho Sheet.
Tip:
Not only can you choose if the user can download a published sheet or not, you can also choose the format in which one can download it.
Note:
The edits that users make to your interactable published spreadsheets will not reflect in the original sheet.
Embed a spreadsheet
To embed a published spreadsheet,
- Click on the Share button in the right top corner.
- In the Publish section of the Share menu, click on Published Details.
- In the Publish dialog box that appears, go to the Embed Code tab.
- Copy the Embed code by clicking on the Copy button or selecting it manually.
- Insert the embed code in the webpage or the document you want to embed the spreadsheet in.
Unpublish a spreadsheet/sheet/range

Click on the Share button on the right top corner.

Click on the Published details link from the drop down menu.

Click on the Unpublish button on the publish dialogue box.
