Set your print area inside Zoho Sheet (Web)


The Set Print Area option allows you to set the range you want to print and have only that area in the print preview.

To set the print area:

  1. Select the range you want to print.
  2. Go to Toolbar > Print drop-down  > Set Print Area.
  3. Now click the Print icon in the toolbar. Your print preview window is ready with the range you selected.

Notes
You can still change the print area from the print preview window by unchecking Use Print Area and selecting the print area option you prefer from the drop-down.

To replace the print area:

  1. Select the range you want to replace.
  2. Go to Toolbar > Print drop-down  > Replace Print Area. This will replace your print area.

To clear the print area:

Go to Toolbar > Print drop-down > Clear Print Area. This will clear any print area that is set up for your sheet.
