Working with templates

Import as a new template

  1. To import a spreadsheet as a new template,
  2. Click on the File menu
  3. Click on Import
  4. Browse and select the spreadsheet file you want to import. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop the file on to the dialog box.
  5. Once you have the file you want to import, from the options available, choose the option to Import as a new template
  6. Click on import.

 

Save an existing file as a template

  1. Open the Zoho Sheet spreadsheet you want to save as a new template.
  2. Click on the File menu
  3. Click on the Save As option
  4. From the drop down, please choose to save the file as New Template
  5. Name your template, and click on Save

 


Note: All saved templates can be accessed from your file listing page

 

Open an existing template

  1. If you want to create a new spreadsheet from an earlier saved template,
  2. From the file listing page, go to the My Templates section
  3. From the list of saved templates, select the template that you want to use.
  4. From the preview, click on Use This Template.
  5. A new spreadsheet will be created from the template that you chose. Click Open, and start working on it.

 

Alternatively, you can click on the File menu, click on New From Template, and choose the template you want to work with.
