Mark your spreadsheet as final

By marking your spreadsheets as final, you can prevent collaborators from making accidental changes in the final version of the spreadsheet.

To mark your spreadsheet as final:

Navigate to Share > Mark As Final from the drop-down.
From the Marked as final dialog, click OK.

You can view who marked the spreadsheet as final by clicking the Final label next to the spreadsheet file's name.

Once the spreadsheet is marked final, it appears in read-only mode until the owner or anyone with edit permission for the spreadsheet enables editing by clicking Enable editing.
