Create a form in Zoho Sheet

To create a form:

  1. Click Tools > Create Form.
  2. Enter the Form Title and Description in the Create Form window and click Create.
  3. A new sheet for the form results opens. 
  4. In the success notification that appears, select 'Click Here'.
  5. The form Builder opens where you can create your form.

The results from the form will fall into the respective sheet by default. 

The in-built option to create forms from Zoho Sheet is currently not available for Zoho WorkDrive accounts. All the forms created in Zoho Docs will be retained in the respective files post migration to WorkDrive. We are working on bringing form creation for WorkDrive users at the earliest. Meanwhile, you can use the Zoho Forms integration to bring in live data from form entries to Zoho Sheet.
