How to publish a spreadsheet
- Click Share
in the top-right corner.
- Click Publish from the contextual menu.
- Choose whether to publish the document within your organization or with the external world.
How to publish a range or a sheet
- Click Share
in the top-right corner.
- Click Publish from the contextual menu.
- Select if you want to publish a range or a sheet from the top bar.
- Select the range or sheet you wish to publish.
- Once the source is selected, choose whether to publish the document within your organization or to the external world.
How to manage published spreadsheets
- Click Share
> Publish.
- Select Manage Publish from the contextual menu.
Here are a few things you can do with your published spreadsheets:
- Allow interactions.
- Allow download.
- Hide formulas/row or column headers/gridlines/formula bar.
- Copy the published URL of the sheet/embed code/downloadable link.
- Share the link in your social media accounts directly from Zoho Sheet.
Not only can you choose whether the user can download a published sheet, you can also choose the format in which it can be downloaded.
The edits that users make to your interactable published spreadsheets will not reflect in the original sheet.
How to unpublish a spreadsheet, sheet, or a range
To unpublish a spreadsheet:
- Click Share
> Publish.
- Select Manage Publish from the contextual menu.
- In the Publish dialog that appears click Unpublish
.
- Click Remove.
How to embed a spreadsheet
To embed a published spreadsheet:
- Click Share
> Publish.
- Select Manage Publish from the contextual menu.
- In the Publish dialog that appears, select Embed Code.
- Copy and insert the Embed code in the webpage or the document you wish to embed in.
