How to fix inconsistencies
- Go to Data > Fix Inconsistencies

- In the side panel that appears, select the column from which you wish to fix inconsistencies.
- This tool will list the capitalization errors, typos and inconsistent spellings. For example, Tyler Smith, tylersmith, TylerSmith.
- Click Replace and Group to replace two or more iterations of the same word into one.
How to fill missing values
- Go to Data > Fill Missing Values

- In the side panel that appears, select the column from which you wish to fill missing values.
- Once the empty cells are listed, select one of the three options provided to fill the cells with a value of your choice.
- You can either choose to fill all the missing values with a specific value, or fill it with the content in the previous cell or fill the cells with the most occurred value in the column.
How to find and remove duplicates from your data set
- Go to Data > Find Duplicates

- In the side panel that appears, select the column from which you wish to find duplicates.
- Once the duplicate records are listed, choose one of the three options provided to perform in the data set.
- You can choose to delete, highlight, move or copy the duplicates.
How to find uniques and frequencies
To find uniques:
- Go to Data > Other Tools
> Uniques.
- Select the range for which you wish to find uniques.
- Once the uniques and duplicates are listed, you can move, delete, copy or apply style to the duplicate data.
To find frequencies:
- Go to Data > Other Tools
> Frequencies.
- Select the range for which you wish to find frequencies.
- The frequency of each value will appear in the side pane.
