Align your text

Proper text alignment ensures your data looks organized and improves readability.

Here's how you can do it:
  1. Select the cells that you want aligned.

  2. Go to the Home tab and select one of the following options:

    1. To horizontally align your text, choose Left Align   ,  Center Align   , or Right Align .

    2. To vertically align your text, choose Top Align, Middle Align, or Bottom Align .
