Highlight your text

To highlight important text in your spreadsheet, apply background color to the selected cells or change the font color to make it more visible.

Here's how you can do it:
  1. Select the cells you want highlighted.
  2. On the Home tab, try one of these:
  3. To change the cell color, select Fill Color   and choose any color from the available options or customize the color of your choice.
  4. To change the text color, select Font Color  and choose any color from the available options, or customize the color of your choice.
