Access your device and cloud files

Create a new file 

To create a new file offline:
  1. Click New.
  2. A new spreadsheet will be created and saved on your device.

Open a file from your device  

If your file is stored locally on your computer:
  1. Click Open.
  2. Select Open from Device from the drop-down.
  3. Choose the file you wish to open from your device.
  4. Click Open.

Open a file from your Zoho account

To access files from your existing Zoho account:
  1. Click Open.
  2. Select Open from Cloud from the drop-down.
  3. Sign in to your Zoho account or create a new account
  4. Choose the file you wish to open from your Workdrive.
  5. Click Open.


How to upload a device file into the cloud

To import a device file to cloud:

  1. Select the file you wish to upload to cloud.
  2. Click the more options icon and select Upload to cloud from the drop-down.
  3. Select the folder you wish to move it to.
  4. Click Save.
