How to share a spreadsheet
To share a spreadsheet:
Click
Share
in the top-right corner.
Select
Share
from the contextual menu.
Enter the email address with whom you wish to share the document.
Set access level for each collaborator.
The available access levels are:
View only
- The collaborator can only view the spreadsheet and cannot edit the document.
View and Comment
- The collaborator can view and comment on the spreadsheet but cannot edit the document.
Edit
-The collaborator can view, comment, edit but cannot share the document.
Share
- The collaborator can view, comment, edit, and share the document.
You can also change access permissions after sharing the document.
