Insights by Zia provides you with recommended charts, pivot tables, and insights about your data. You can get instant answers to your data-related questions.

To get insights:

1. Select the desired data to analyze.

2. Go to ... > Zia.

3. Scroll through the Zia pane to view charts and pivot table suggestions.

4. To insert a recommended chart or pivot table, use the + icon in the top-right corner, or simply drag and drop them into your spreadsheet.
   

5. ​To ask questions, you can use the Ask Zia field to enter the question or the mic icon to speak the question.
