Clear values or formats in a cell range
To clear values or formats in a cell range:
Select the desired range and go to the
icon.
Under Home, choose Clear.
From the given list, you can choose to clear the content, formats, conditional formats, data validation, notes, and hyperlinks.
To clear rich text formats alone in your spreadsheet go to Home> Clear > Clear RichText Formats.
