Create a picklist in a spreadsheet
To create a drop-down list or picklist:
Select the desired cell range to apply the picklist.
Go to the
icon.
Under the Insert menu, choose Picklist>Create List.
Enter the values for the drop-down list and apply any desired formats.
You can sort the list using the
icon.
Once all the desired values and formats have been given, tap Done.
Alternatively, to create a picklist, select the desired cell range and follow steps 2 to 4.
