Formatting data in cells

  1. Tap on the cell that you want to format.

  2. You can use the Smart Tool Bar at the bottom for quick formats such as Bold, Fill/Text Color, Alignment, and Number Formats. This Smart Tool Bar will show options contextual to the selected data or object.

  3. For more editing options, tap the edit option above the keypad.

  4. Alternatively, under the Home menu, you can find the options to apply or edit the formats of the data or cells.

  5. Once you have completed the editing, tap the X icon to close the menu.

 

Using Number Formats like Phone Number, Zip Code, and Date, you can access contacts, map, and calendar applications from your spreadsheets directly.
