Edit a comment in a spreadsheet
To edit a comment: Go to and select the desired comment to edit. Note: You can only edit comments added by you. Tap on the ... icon and choose Edit. Make the desired changes to the comment and tap on . To cancel the changes made, tap the X icon.
Delete a comment
To delete a comment: Tap the ... and tap Comment. Tap ... next to the comment that you want to delete. Choose Delete.
Add a comment
To add comments to a sheet/cell: Select the sheet/cell you wish to add comments to. Go to the Insert menu and select Comments. Tap + at the top-right corner and add the comment.
Resolve/reply to a comment
Tap ... and tap Comment. Tap ... next to the comment that you want to resolve or reply to. Choose to Resolve or Reply to the comment.
Edit a chart
To edit any chart: Tap any desired chart and select Edit from the contextual menu. From the side pane that appears, you can edit the chart type, axis titles, legend, data labels, color scheme, etc.
