Get insights from Zia
Insights by Zia provides you with recommended charts, pivot tables, and insights about your data. You can also ask data-related questions and get instant answers.
To get insights:
- Select the desired data to analyze.
- Go to ... > Insights
- Scroll the Zia pane to view charts and pivot table suggestions.
- To insert a recommended chart/pivot table, use the + icon in the top-right corner or simply drag and drop them into your spreadsheet.
- To ask questions, you can use the Ask Zia field to enter the question or the mic icon to speak the question.
Note: To view suggestions based on specific columns, use the 
option.
