Clear values or formats in a cell range
To clear values or formats in a cell range:
- Select the cell range where you want to delete or clear the values or formats.
- In the context menu that appears, choose Clear. This will clear everything in the range by default.
- To perform specific delete actions, select the desired range and go to
.
- Under Home, choose Clear.
- From the given list, you can choose to clear the content, formats, conditional formats, data validation, Notes, and Hyperlinks.
