Clear values or formats in a cell range

To clear values or formats in a cell range:

1. Select the cell range where you want to delete or clear the values or formats.
2. In the context menu that appears, choose Clear. This will clear everything in the range by default.
3. To perform specific delete actions, select the desired range and go to .
4. Under Home, choose Clear.
   
5. From the given list, you can choose to clear the content, formats, conditional formats, data validation, Notes, and Hyperlinks.
