Create a picklist in a spreadsheet

To create a dropdown list or picklist:

1. Select the desired cell range to apply the picklist.
2. Go to 
3. Under the Insert menu, choose Picklist.
4. Enter the values for the dropdown list and apply any desired formats.

Note: These formats will be applied on the cell by default based on the chosen dropdown value.

5. You can sort the list using the  icon.
   

Once all the desired values and formats have been given, tap Done.
