Insert or delete cells in a sheet
To insert or delete cells, rows, or columns:
Select the desired row or column to delete, or before which you wish to insert a new row/column by tapping on the respective row/column header.
In the context menu that appears, scroll or tap the
icon to view more options.
Note: You can also go to the
icon and choose Insert & Delete from the Home menu or use the Smart Tool Bar at the bottom. From the options displayed, you can choose Insert or Delete to add a new row/column or delete the selected row/column, respectively.
You can also tap on a cell or range and choose Insert & Delete from the context menu to add/delete cells/rows/columns.
