Find and replace data
To find particular data and replace it with another:
- Go to Home in the menu bar and tap Find & Select.
- Enter the data you wish to find in the sheet and tap Find.
- To find and replace the data, enter the actual data and the data to replace it with. You can also specify the row, column, sheet, match case, etc. to be searched for.
- You can either choose to Replace All or Replace.
Match Case - To search for the values that are either case-sensitive or case-insensitive.
Match Entire Cell - To search for cells that contain only the values you've entered or a mix of other values too.
Direction - To search for the values either in the upward or downward direction.
