Request Data Backup in Zoho Shifts

Request organization data backup

You can back up your Zoho Shifts data to keep an offline copy of your account information. Requesting a data backup generates a ZIP file that contains your Zoho Shifts data. Once the backup is ready, you can download it from the Data Backup tab or by using the link sent to your email. 

Before you start

To create and download a data backup, you must have the Administrator access level in Zoho Shifts.

To initiate data backup

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Data Backup.
  3. Click Back up your data.
  4. Review the warning message and click Continue.

To download data backup

Once the backup file is generated, you can download it from the Data Backup tab or from the email you received. The download link will expire 30 days after the backup date.
