Update your email address

If you change or prefer working with a different email address, you can update it to your current Zoho Shifts email address.

To update your email address

Log in to Zoho Shifts.
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner and select My Profile.
Click the edit icon next to your email address.
You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Accounts page. Enter your password if prompted.
Under Profile, click My Email Addresses.
Select Add Email Address.
Enter the new email address and click Add.
Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to the new email address and click Verify.
Hover over the verified email address and click Set as Primary.

What happens next

Once the new email address is set as primary, it becomes your default login and notification email. You can remove the old email address by hovering over it and using the delete icon.
