Change Account Owner

When a Zoho Shifts organization is created, the employee who sets it up becomes the account owner. If that person leaves the organization or hands over responsibility, the Zoho Shifts account ownership should be reassigned to ensure uninterrupted access and administration.

Before you start

Only the current account owner can change the account owner. The new account owner must already be part of the organization and must be in active status.

To change the account owner

  1. Click the Settings icon.
  2. Select Change Account Owner.
  3. Choose the new account owner from the dropdown list.
  4. Click Change Account Owner to confirm.

What happens next

The new account owner will be assigned the Administrator access level automatically and gain full control over account-level settings. If you face issues while changing the account owner, email support@zohoshifts.com from the registered email address.
