Confirm your shifts
Before you start
You can only confirm shifts if your employer has enabled the shift confirmation setting.
Confirming a Single Shift
- Open the Zoho Shifts mobile app.
- Tap Schedule.
- Select a shift card under My Schedule to view shift details.
- Tap Confirm Shift.
Confirming Multiple Shifts
- Open the Zoho Shifts mobile app.
- Tap Schedule.
- From My Schedule, switch to Week or Month views. Use the < > icons to move between weeks or months and confirm shifts.
- Tap Confirm shifts at the bottom of your screen.
Confirming a Single Shift
- Go to Schedule > My Schedule.
- Click the shift card you want to confirm to view details.
- Click Confirm Shift.
Confirming Multiple Shifts
- Go to Schedule > My Schedule and review all of your assigned shifts.
- Click Confirm shifts in the top-left corner.
- Click Confirm and acknowledge your shifts.
