We’re delighted to welcome you to Zoho Shifts! Your employer uses Zoho Shifts to streamline scheduling and time tracking. With Zoho Shifts, you can check your schedule, clock in and out, set availability, and request time off—on both web and mobile, so that you can manage your work from any device.
Before you start
There are a few things to check before you join Zoho Shifts as an employee.
Share a valid email address with your employer.
You'll receive an invitation email from your manager or administrator.
To join your organization
Check your inbox for an invite email from the Zoho Team. We advise you to check your spam folder as well.
- Open the invitation email you received.
- Click View Invitation.
- If you’re new to Zoho:
- Select Sign up & Accept.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and set a Password.
- Agree to the Terms of service and Privacy policies of Zoho Corporation.
- Select Sign up & Accept.
- If you already have a Zoho account, select Accept.
After you accept, Zoho Shifts redirects you to the home page. You can start exploring your shifts, schedules, and more. Find our mobile app from the
App Store (iOS) or
Google Play (Android) to manage your shifts on the go. Your invitation link will expire after you accept it. To sign in later, please visit
