Update notification preferences
Before you start
- Email - We will send emails to your email address associated with your employee profile in Zoho Shifts.
- Push - We will send push notifications through the Zoho Shifts mobile app. To get the updates via push notification, you need to download and sign in to the app.
To update notifications preferences
- Open the Zoho Shifts mobile app.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner.
- Tap Notification Settings.
- Toggle notifications according to your preferences.
- Tap Save.
- Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Notification Settings.
- Choose your preferred notification options.
- Click Save.
Please make sure that you have enabled app notifications in your mobile settings.
