Update notification preferences

Configure and customize your notification settings in Zoho Shifts to stay updated on requests, approvals, and shift updates.

Before you start

We have got you with two types of notifications:
  1. Email - We will send emails to your email address associated with your employee profile in Zoho Shifts.
  2. Push - We will send push notifications through the Zoho Shifts mobile app. To get the updates via push notification, you need to download and sign in to the app.

To update notifications preferences

  1. Open the Zoho Shifts mobile app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Tap Notification Settings.
  4. Toggle notifications according to your preferences.
  5. Tap Save.
On web
  1. Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Notification Settings.
  3. Choose your preferred notification options.
  4. Click Save.

Notes

Please make sure that you have enabled app notifications in your mobile settings.
