View and manage your shifts
View and manage the shifts assigned to you in My Schedule within Zoho Shifts. You can confirm, offer, swap, or drop your shifts depending on your organization’s settings.
Before you start
- Your organization may have configured specific settings and scheduling preferences. If you can’t find the actions described below, contact your administrator or manager.
- Swap, drop, offer, and open shifts
- Time off and availability
- To view your team's schedule, you’ll need the View Team Schedule permission. This may be limited to your assigned schedules or may include all schedules, depending on the permission provided by your manager/administrator.
- Set up shift notifications under My Profile to be notified before the number of hours you choose.

- Open the Zoho Shifts mobile app.
- On the Home page, you’ll see details about your shift for the day (if any).
- Tap Schedule at the bottom of the screen to view your shifts for the current workweek.
- To switch to a different view, tap the Week/Month dropdown at the top-right corner. Use the < and > icons to navigate between the calendar weeks/months.
- Tap any shift card for full details, then Confirm, Swap, Offer, or Drop as needed, based on your organization's settings.
- To switch to the team Schedule, tap the v icon at the top-left corner and select Team Schedule.
On web
- Navigate to Schedule > My Schedule.
- Click on the < or > icons to switch between different months. Click a shift card to view details and manage Confirm, Swap, Offer, or Drop actions.
- To confirm multiple shifts at once, click Confirm Shifts from the top-left corner.
- To view and pick up open shifts, click Open Shifts Available from the top-left corner.
- To switch to the team schedule, go to Schedule > Team Schedule. This page is view-only.
- To print your schedule, click Print in the top-right corner.
