You can set overtime rules for your employees based on your organization's policy, or create custom overtime rules. Overtime rules have to be assigned to employee profiles manually. They can also be set on an individual basis.
By default, Zoho Shifts has three overtime rules.
Click on the Settings icon located in the top-right corner.
Select Overtime Rules under Time & Attendance.
Click on +Add Overtime Rule.
Fill in the details and click Save Overtime Rule.
Click on the Employees tab.
Select the desired employee.
Under the Job tab, select the applicable option from the Overtime Rule dropdown.
Click on Save.

Note: The Overtime Rule feature is only available in the Standard Plan.
