Export payroll report
In Zoho Shifts, you can export the payroll summary report or position breakout report.
Before you start
To print payroll report, you’ll need the Administrator access level or the View payroll permission enabled.
To export payroll report:
- Navigate to Timesheets -> Payroll.
- Select your desired schedule in the filter.
- Choose the pay period for which you wanted to print the payroll.
- Click the Export drop-down at the top-right corner of the tab.
- Choose either Payroll Summary or Position Breakout.
- Select the file format as CSV or XLSX.
- Select the hours format as decimal or hours and minutes in case of summary report.
- If you would like to add password protection, select the option and add a password.
- Click Export button to download the payroll report.
In Zoho Shifts, you can export a payroll report with different options as below:
- Payroll summary: Overall summary of the payroll for all the employees can be exported using this option. You can export the summary of the selected pay period that shows regular time, overtime, double OT, PTO, total worked hours, and pay for the employees for the selected schedule.
- Position Breakout: When you have configured multiple hourly rates based on position for the employees, the split of payroll report for different position can be viewed and exported using this option. This report includes the position-based hourly rate split up and the relevant pay calculation.
